160th Anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg
July 6 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Allison-Antrim Museum, 365 South Ridge Avenue, Greencastle, Pennsylvania 17225 will hold its monthly speaker meeting on Thursday, July 6, 2023, in the German Bank Barn beginning at 7 p.m. This speaker meeting is scheduled one week earlier than usual to coincide the 160th anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg and the retreat. The facility is wheelchair accessible.
The speaker for the evening will be Steve French, a Hedgesville, WV native. French is a nationally recognized authority on Confederate guerrilla warfare in the eastern theatre. He will be presenting a PowerPoint on the retreat from Gettysburg.
