In this position, you will be responsible for preparing the dining area for meals by arranging tables, laying out tablecloths, and setting up tableware and condiments. You will assist the cook with food preparation and serve meals, coffee, and refreshments to guests using the Mansion and Training Center at Kings Gap Environmental Education Center.
