DESCRIPTION:Spring migration is underway! Join us for a day of crafting and fun as we learn about the spring migration as we create a pair of bird earrings- choose your favorite bird shapes and paint them in the way you choose. Use Julie’s favorite tool- fine line applicators- to paint fine details. The final shapes will be coated in resin and made into dangly earrings! Join us for an epic day of outdoor learning how to survive even the harshest Pennsylvania winter. We’ll learn to identify signs of hypothermia\, fire building and safety\, how to build snow shelters\, foraging for winter edibles\, and so much more! \n\n\n\nFor ages 5-8. Each camp day runs from 9am-4pm and includes snack time. Participants will provide their own lunch. $55/child with 10% multi-day discount. Bring it along and any other decorations you’d like to add. DESCRIPTION:Introducing Strawberry Hill’s Turkey Tails Fall Camp! Join us for a three-day drop-off camp that brings all the fun of summer camp to fall break. We’ll go hiking on Wednesday and explore the forest using traditional tracking and survival skills. Friday and Monday will include special guest speakers and activities on our main campus. We’ll spend time in a real 1798 log cabin getting up close with the lives of early settlers and Native Americans. We’ll even make some traditional colonial recipes over an open fire! \n\n\n\nDates: Wednesday\, November 26th / Friday\, November 28th / Monday\, December 1st \n\n\n\n9am-4pm \n\n\n\nFor ages 5-8. Each camp day runs from 9am-4pm and includes snack time. Participants will provide their own lunch. \n\n\n\nTurkey Tails Fall Camp is $175 per child. Sibling discount available. DESCRIPTION:Homeschooling\, Unschooling\, or Distance-Learning… no matter your path\, learning should be authentic\, memorable\, and most of all\, FUN! \n\n\n\nOur WILDlife program is designed to connect children\, ages 5-12\, to the natural world through hands-on\, child-led experiences. It’s founded on the principles of Wonder\, Imagination\, Liberty\, and Discovery. WILDlife kids will go on hikes\, engage in citizen science through on-trail investigations\, learn basic survival skills\, create nature art\, and spend their entire class time outdoors (with the exception of inclement weather). Each class will be led by knowledgeable and engaging Naturalists in small class sizes. \n\n\n\nWILDlife also incorporates multiple areas of learning including math\, science\, social studies (natural and Pennsylvania history)\, literature\, creative arts\, and physical development. Classes also provide documentation to aide in homeschool portfolio reviews and will offer one make-up class in the event of cancellation. \n\n\n\nOur 10-week fall program will run on Wednesdays from September 10th through November 12th\, 2025 from 10am-2pm.
