SUMMARY:National Trails Day at Buttonwood
DESCRIPTION:Join a Buttonwood naturalist for a guided hike in recognition of National Trails Day\, an annual event sponsored by the American Hiking Society. National Trails Day provides a chance to get outdoors\, connect with your community\, and enjoy outdoor activities. \n\n\n\nThe hike will be led by Mary Claire King\, Buttonwood community science coordinator\, educator and naturalist. During the hike\, King will stop along the way to enjoy the beauty of nature in early summer\, and learn about the Appalachian Trail. \n\n\n\nThe hike is open to families and all ages.
