SUMMARY:Empowering Communities Historic Preservation Workshop #1
DESCRIPTION:Register for the first of four workshops designed to provide residents\, local officials\, and historical preservation enthusiasts in the South Mountain Region with the tools and educational resources to understand the methods available to preserve historical resources\, and build capacity to preserve historic structures\, landscapes\, and farmland. This workshop will take place in Stewart Hall.  \n\n\n\nThis first workshop is entitled the “Value of Historic Preservation for the South Mountain Region”. DESCRIPTION:Watershed/conservancy groups are invited to participate in the 2024 tricounty (Adams/Cumberland/Franklin) watershed associations meeting to be held at Shippensburg University (Ceddia Union Building – Room 123 – aka Orndorff Theatre) on Tuesday\, March 12 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.  Doors will open at 6 pm and the meeting will start at 6:30.
