Forest Bathing at Kings Gap

Immerse yourself in guided forest bathing within the serene natural embrace of a Kings Gap, fostering deep connection & mindful relaxation.
Facilitated by longtime certified forest therapy guide, PA Master Naturalist and educator Sue Schiemer, this program offers a guided wellness experience designed to connect participants with nature through all five senses. This slow-paced walk focuses on sensory exploration, allowing participants to reduce stress, improve energy, and enhance overall well-being, with frequent stops for interaction with the natural surroundings.
Participants are encouraged to dress in lightweight, breathable clothing, and to bring essentials such as water, sunglasses, sunblock, a light snack, and insect repellent. The experience aims to foster mindfulness and deeper connection with the environment, free from digital distractions.
