Special Film Screening of “Rock Mill: Saving an Original”

We hope you can join the Friends of Barnitz Mill (FOBM) for a special film screening of “Rock Mill: Saving an Original” at 2 PM January 10th at Barnitz Church. 

This film depicts how one community joined together to save an important historic structure and preserve the stories of what made this mill special, while breathing new life into it.

A newly incorporated non-profit, our mission is to share the rich history of Barnitz Mill and the community that was once situated in this area along the Yellow Breeches and to build a path forward with you and other stakeholders in the community to transform the remaining mill building from a safety and maintenance liability into a useful, productive community resource that also serves as a touchstone to our local past. 

There will be refreshments and ample time for conversation.
