Wild East Action Fund – 2026 Information Session

We’re excited to announce the Wild East Action Fund 2026 cycle! The Wild East Action Fund is a competitive grant program administered by the Appalachian Trail Conservancy that supports the mission of the ATLP.
Funding is available to eligible organizations working on land protection, conservation planning, and community resilience projects that help strengthen the natural, cultural, historic, scenic, recreational, agricultural, and community assets across the A.T. Landscape.
What is the Wild East Action Fund? The Wild East Action Fund (WEAF), is a competitive grant program administered by The Appalachian Trail Conservancy on behalf of the Appalachian Trail Landscape Partnership. The WEAF aims to increase the pace and scale of land conservation throughout the Appalachian Trail (A.T.) Landscape.
