The Greater Carlisle Project’s Heart & Soul initiative, a project framework developed by the Orton Family Foundation, will engage people from all segments of the community, in telling, listening to, and sharing of stories about the natural, cultural, historical, agricultural, and recreational resources that matter to them. This will lead to a shared understanding of what the community values most and what they want for their future – allowing the community to develop ways to promote and protect these vital community resources.
