Reach for Route 74: The Cumberland Valley Rails to Trails Council working group the South Mountain Trolley Greenway plans to create a trail in Cumberland and York County. This project created a conceptual plan for section two of trail and allowed for community engagement around this section to secure easements and support for the trail.
