The Loveliness Program pairs experienced gardeners (Loveliness Mentors) with young adults (LadyBugs), offering virtual learning, workshops, mentorship, and paid work to train new gardeners in stewarding landscapes that support pollinators and wildlife. The program will combine hybrid virtual and in-person learning with a community network that fosters intergenerational relationships, allowing experienced gardeners (Loveliness Mentors) to pass on their unique wisdom to a new generation of ecological gardeners (LadyBugs) in their own bioregion.
