Mind & Body Hiking Series

February 9 @ 1:00 pm 2:30 pm

The Mind & Body Hiking Series is an opportunity for you to build your mental and physical health. The hikes will start easier and flatter, gradually adding mileage and hills. During the hike, you will also be relaxing your mind with silent walks, sensory activities, poetry, and reflection.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

Join us for one hike – or all!  Each hike will be offered twice. Meeting locations subject to change due to weather – check Facebook for updates!

Jan. 26 & Feb. 3

1.5 – 2 miles
Meet at Kings Gap Hollow Area

Feb. 9 & 24
1PM – 2:30PM
2 – 2.5 miles
Meet at the Mansion

Mar. 1 & 9
1PM – 3PM
2.5 – 3 miles
